The business plan: structure, assumptions, scenarios, with your own figures
A business plan is not a document for the bank: it is first of all a document for you. It forces you to write down in black and white what you assume (the weight at sale, the feed conversion ratio, the mortality, the number of flocks) and to look at what happens if one of those assumptions is wrong. Level 5 taught you how to finance a house; this lesson teaches you how to write the complete file of a farm, from the summary to the scenarios, setting out every quantity in chickens, kilos and days. The amounts, you will put in yourself: the method is the same for everyone, prices never are.
