These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern all sales made by Nextekci, a company specialising in the production and distribution of day-old chicks in Côte d'Ivoire.
Scope:
- ✓Sales to poultry farming professionals
- ✓Sales to private individuals and beginner poultry farmers
- ✓Orders by WhatsApp, telephone or on site
- ✓Deliveries throughout Ivorian territory
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTS without reservation.

- •Confirmation: The final price is confirmed when the order is validated
- •Transport: Transport costs are invoiced separately unless otherwise stated

- •The customer must be present at the collection point agreed with the carrier
- •Nextekci is not responsible for delays due to transport contingencies (roads, weather)
- •For towns off the routes, a collection point is agreed with the carrier
- •The boxes are ventilated and labelled to guarantee the chicks' welfare

Clear claims procedure
Nextekci guarantees the quality of its chicks when they leave the hatchery. Nextekci does not transport or deliver: we put our customers in touch with professional carriers, whom the customer is free to use or not. Before departure, the carrier signs a document certifying that they have received the chicks in good condition and in the exact quantity. From that moment on, it is the carrier who is responsible for the chicks until they are handed over to the customer.
🔍 On receipt of the chicks
Immediate check
Check the condition and number of the chicks as soon as you receive them, in the driver's presence
Record
If there is a problem, take clear photos and report it to the driver straight away
Settlement with the carrier
The carrier is responsible for problems that occur during transport: the matter is settled directly with them

Tell us by WhatsApp: we will listen to your situation and can help you discuss it with the carrier
✅ Nextekci's responsibility
- • Quality of the chicks when they leave the hatchery
- • Number of chicks handed over to the carrier (signed document)
- • Breeds ordered
❌ Outside Nextekci's responsibility
- • Problems that occur during transport
- • Problems noticed after the driver has left
- • No photos
- • Poor rearing conditions or advice not followed
⏰ Critical deadline: Any problem must be recorded IMMEDIATELY on receipt, in the driver's presence, supported by photos. After that moment, no dispute can be accepted.

The success of your farm rests on a clear division of responsibilities between Nextekci and the poultry farmer. Here we define the limits of our respective commitments.

📊 Limits of the guarantee
From the moment the chicks are collected, rearing is entirely the customer's responsibility. Performance depends directly on rearing conditions:
