Setting up a poultry project: from the dream to the file (market, site, house, calendar)

"I want to raise 5,000 chickens." That is how most projects start, and that is how many of them end: a house too big on a plot without water, chicks ordered before there is a buyer, a first flock in the middle of the hot season. The expert walks the other way: he starts from the market, then the site, then the water and the access, and only then draws the house and sets the calendar. This lesson gives that method step by step, with a worked example counted in chickens, metres and litres, never in money: you will put the amounts in yourself in the next lesson.
