Introduction
Last level of the School. The expert knows how to do, but also how to get things done: set up a poultry project and its business plan, audit a farm with a complete grid, advise a farmer, train others, read a technical sheet and a publication, keep an ethic, maintain a network. The final project is the complete audit of a farm.
