The process of an order at NEXTEKCI: from the hatchery in Agnibilékrou to Abidjan

What happens between your WhatsApp message and the delivery of your boxes in Yopougon by 6am? The complete process of an order at NEXTEKCI, step by step.

The process of an order at NEXTEKCI: from the hatchery in Agnibilékrou to Abidjan

Two departures per week, fixed routes, professional carriers, and WhatsApp coordination until delivery: NEXTEKCI's logistics have been refined over the years. Here, step by step, is the exact process of an order, from the first message to the chick house.

Step 1: ordering via WhatsApp

It all starts with a message to +225 07 07 72 78 67 (WhatsApp Orders). Specify three pieces of information: the breed, the quantity in boxes of 50 chicks, and your delivery city. An advisor confirms availability, the price of the day, and the delivery point.

Two rules to know: the minimum is 1 box (50 chicks) for collection at the hatchery in Agnibilékrou, and 4 boxes (200 chicks) for delivery by carrier on the routes, including Abidjan. Pre-order at least 15 days before departure — and 3 to 4 weeks during peak demand periods.

Step 2: payment validates the scheduling

Payment is made in advance: mobile money (Orange, MTN, Moov), cash at the Agnibilékrou depot, or bank transfer as agreed. This payment confirms your order and your place in the delivery schedule. Cancellation or modification is possible within 24 hours of the order, before preparation at the hatchery.

Step 3: departure from the hatchery, Monday and Thursday at 10pm

The chicks leave Agnibilékrou every Monday and Thursday at 10pm, in ventilated boxes with complete lot identification. Night transport limits heat and stress. Three main routes depart from the hatchery:

  • Route 1: Agnibilékrou → Daoukro → Bouaké;
  • Route 2: Agnibilékrou → Yamoussoukro → Daloa;
  • Route 3: Agnibilékrou → Abidjan (Yopougon), approximately 275 km.

Extensions then depart from Yopougon to Attingué, Sikensi, Ndouci, Tiassalé, Divo, Lakota, as well as Soubré and Gagnoa.

Step 4: arrival in Yopougon by 6am

For Abidjan, arrival occurs on Tuesday and Friday from 6am, transport included to Yopougon. NEXTEKCI does not deliver to homes: collection is made at a point agreed with the carrier (crossroads, station, terminus). Stay reachable that morning — coordination is done via WhatsApp, and logistics will inform you as soon as an issue is identified.

In Agnibilékrou itself, collection is possible at the hatchery from 4pm or in town from 8pm on delivery days.

Step 5: reception and support for 72 hours

Upon delivery, the right reflexes: open the boxes calmly, check ventilation, quickly provide warm water, and respect density. The NEXTEKCI WhatsApp support then assists you for 72 hours: heat, water, litter, density, with photos and videos for quick feedback at +225 05 44 83 27 79.
