Field exercise: audit a neighbour's or a friend's farm with the expert's grid
You do not learn to audit on your own farm: there you see what you are used to seeing, and you excuse what you yourself decided. The exercise of this level sends you to a neighbour or a farmer friend, with the grid of lesson 3, a thermometer, a tape measure, a scale and two hours. You will measure, note, calculate the scores, then give feedback without offending and without advising right and left. It is the dress rehearsal for the final project, and it is also the first cross visit of your network: the one you audit today will come and audit you next quarter. Everything is detailed here: the equipment, the steps, the sheet to fill in and the way to read the result.
