Managing money day to day: cash, purchases, pay, receipts, with your own figures
Many farms make money on paper and never see the colour of it: it goes in small expenses without a receipt, in advances never deducted, in a cash box mixed with the household's. Money is managed like feed: with a sheet, a responsible person, a cross-check and an inventory. This lesson gives the rules of the cash box, the chain of papers of a purchase and a sale, pay on a fixed date, the flock budget week by week, and the weekly check. No amount is written here: the methods are fixed, the figures are yours.
