Field exercise: write the instruction sheet for a task and have someone else apply it

An instruction sheet is only good if someone who does not know the task can do it correctly with the sheet alone, without you. That is the test of lesson 3, and it is the exercise of this level: you choose a task on your farm, you observe the person who does it best, you write the sheet in four columns, you give it to a person who does not know the task, you watch them do it without helping, you note each hesitation, you correct, you post, and you come back a week later. In three hours spread over eight days, you will have your first living procedure, and the method for the eleven others.
