Building a brand and keeping customers: name, regularity, quality, keeping your word
At the market, a chicken is a chicken, and it is worth the day's price. With the customer who calls you by your name, who knows that your thighs always weigh 230 g and that you deliver on Thursday at 7 am, your chicken is worth your price. This difference has a name: the brand. It is not bought with a logo; it is built with weeks of regularity, correct weighings, dates kept and quick answers, and it is measured with simple figures: how many customers come back, how many recommend you, how many complain. This lesson teaches you to build it and defend it.
