Simple tables and charts: from the notebook to the phone or computer
A well-kept record book contains everything: the dead, the water, the feed, the weighings. But forty-two lines of figures speak to nobody, not even to the person who wrote them. Put the same figures on a curve, and the week-3 slip jumps out at the owner in two seconds, without explanation. This lesson teaches you to move from the notebook to the table, from the table to the chart, and from paper to the phone, with the tools you already have in your pocket.
