Case study: mortality has been rising for three days, write the report for the vet
This whole level comes down to a situation every technician will live through: deaths have been increasing for three days, the owner is on the phone, the neighbour is offering a product, and the vet is two hours' drive away. What you do in the next two hours decides the flock. In this case study you follow a technician named Koffi, from receiving the figures to sending the report. You will see the clues, the reasoning, the decision, the complete report in a table, and what should have been done before. At the end you will know how to write your own.
