Terms of use of the NEXTEKCI School

By reading the lessons or creating an account, you accept these terms. They exist so that the School stays free, of good quality, and stays NEXTEKCI’s.

1. Who offers the School

The NEXTEKCI School is a free online training service offered by NEXTEKCI, a day-old chick producer based in Agnibilékrou (Côte d’Ivoire), 01 BP 012002 Agnibilékrou 01. The lessons, guides, sheets, questions and answers and videos are written under the direction of Abdul Hussein Chouman, founder of NEXTEKCI.

2. What you may do

Read the lessons for your own training and that of your team on your farm, take the quizzes and exams, download your certificates, quote a short sentence with the mention “NEXTEKCI School, www.nextekci.com”, share the links of the public pages.

3. What you may not do

Copy, save, photograph, print in series, translate or reproduce the lessons, in whole or in part, on another website, an application, a document, a WhatsApp group, a social network or a training medium; resell them; use them for a paid course or to train a tool; lend your account; bypass the protections. Any use beyond personal use requires the written permission of NEXTEKCI (WhatsApp +225 05 44 83 27 79).

4. Copyright

All the texts, tables, exercises, case studies, quiz questions, guides and illustrations of the School are works protected by copyright (Côte d’Ivoire, OAPI and international conventions). © NEXTEKCI, Agnibilékrou. The lessons reserved for registered students carry an invisible mark specific to each account: a circulating copy makes it possible to identify the account of origin. The NEXTEKCI and École NEXTEKCI marks belong to NEXTEKCI.

5. Account, access and data

Registration is done with your WhatsApp number; your account is personal. Levels 1 to 5 and the tracks can be read without an account; the text of levels 6 to 15 and of the specialisations is reserved for registered students. NEXTEKCI may close an account used against these terms. Your data (name, number, town, progress) is processed according to the privacy policy; you can delete your account at any time in “My account”.

6. Certificates

Level, track and specialisation certificates, and cycle certificates, are issued automatically when exams are passed, with a code anyone can verify. They are issued privately by NEXTEKCI: they are neither diplomas nor State-recognised titles. The “level of study” benchmarks given on the website are indicative and do not constitute an equivalence.

7. Content and liability

The lessons are written with care for open-sided-house farming in Côte d’Ivoire; they replace neither the veterinarian of your area (for any care, vaccine or medicine) nor the official services. Prices are never given in the lessons: everyone calculates with their own figures. NEXTEKCI cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of the lessons.

8. Changes

The School evolves: lessons are added or corrected, modules open. These terms may be updated; the online version prevails. Version of 31 October 2026.
