Case study: the 20-point house audit
A farmer from the Abengourou area calls: “My chickens have been dying in the afternoon for a week, and yet they eat well.” The technician who arrives on the farm does not start with the chickens; he starts with the house, with a 20-point list, a thermo-hygrometer, a ribbon and a tape measure. In two hours, he knows why the chickens are dying, and what should have been done three months before. This case study tells that audit, gives the checklist to take with you, and teaches you to turn a score into decisions.
